Perfect and excellent location close to Montepulciano centre and the garden, which was delightful and the highlight of the stay in a beautiful area. And 10 mins walk to Piazza Grande of Montepulciano...

Beds were a little hard.

liked our stay and will choose the place for future trips. it is a wonderful small place - 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. the queen room is nicely furnished and has a safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed.

This place offers a wide selection of delicious food and has a convenient location near the park, village center, and vineyards.

Location was very good, accommodations were very good, owners/staff were excellent

Beautiful home converted to a B&B Nice family and 20 y.o son that makes the ladies swoon. Son, Nicolo, speaks English well father and mother get by with some English. Wished we had spent 2 or three nights. This is the best town in Tuscony of the 4 we saw. The Pasta and wine was fabulous.

The walk up to the old town is a little tough. An elevator near the town makes it tolerable. Staying in town would be better if price is comperable.

Lovely breakfast, pretty surroundings (Garden), quiet, friendly host, parking, easy to get to.

Others commented that the trek up in to town was difficult. Our host told us there is an elevator from the Bus Station up to the Gardens (clean, painless, safe, pleasant). But I wanted to put this as a minus so everyone notices it.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable Italian villa. My wife and I felt at home in this cosy environment, enriched by the attentiveness and gentleness of the owners.

Friendly hosts, extremely helpul. Exceptionally clean and well run. Homely feel with beautiful garden. Aprecieted the chance to sample local wines (Nobile) at very reasonable prices served by Amerigo and Nicolai in the garden.

This property like many others were chosen because of the excellent feed back reviews.This one did'nt disappoint either.Very impressed with the high quality offered here.The room was immaculate, beautiful garden. friendly hosts.We sat in the garden in the early evening before setting off for our evening meal and we were offered a glass of prosecco. nice touch!!!!!

Caring staff. Very ample bath in the double room. bathroom. - Variety of fabulous meal options. - Nice location at a medium distance from Cervini Palace.

We had a twin room with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel was placed in the central location reasonably close to the city centre. We could drink something at La Corte Medicea, located 1 mi away.

Lovely building and gardens. Close to Montepulciano centre (5-10 mins walk uphill) but has feel of being in the country. Hotel owners very friendly and helpful.
